Kordra Studio is a local-first macOS app in development for capturing ideas, writing lyrics and chords, recording takes, preserving versions and preparing a clean handoff. It never writes the song for you.

Your working song stays on your Mac. The public site does not imply a cloud account.
Human craft
Studio organises, counts, compares and transposes. It does not generate lyrics or melodies.

Open formats and explicit exports keep the work useful beyond a single tool.

From first line to a clean handoff
The public preview reflects the native app being built today. Availability, pricing and any future backend remain undecided.

Capture and write
Keep ideas close, then shape sections, lyrics and chords with key, capo, BPM, transposition and a deterministic line guide.

Record takes
Record simple M4A sketches, import audio, view waveforms, place markers and loop a section without leaving the song.

Preserve versions
Create named, immutable snapshots with a decision note. Restoring a version creates a new working state rather than overwriting history.

Prepare the handoff
Export a portable project with explicit control over the lyrics, chords, notes and takes you choose to include.
